Educational Event Management LLC (hereinafter referred to as “EEM”) handles personal information of various individuals through the planning and management of domestic and international events, as well as education-related services.

EEM recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and considers the secure and appropriate management of such information to be a vital social responsibility. To fulfill this responsibility, EEM hereby establishes and adheres to the following policy.

1. Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information

EEM acquires personal information through lawful and fair means and uses it only within the scope of the purposes specified in advance. Except as required by law, EEM will not provide personal information to any third party without the consent of the individual concerned. EEM responds promptly and sincerely to inquiries, requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and other matters relating to personal information, as well as to complaints and consultations.

Handling of Personal Information

EEM uses personal information it acquires for the following purposes:

Employee and staff information For personnel, labor, administrative, and accounting management

Requests Regarding Retained Personal Data

With respect to retained personal data held by EEM, individuals may submit the following requests:

  • Notification of the purpose of use
  • Disclosure of personal data
  • Correction, addition, or deletion of content
  • Suspension of use or erasure of personal data
  • Cessation of provision to third parties
